Clockspot has decrease our time doing payroll by 75%. We were using a timeclock and the cards had to be faxed in, which were hard to read, and then hours were calculated. We kept up with vacation on a calendar and tried to managed employees time off on a case by case basis. Clockspot has reduced the time it takes us to do payroll by 75%, saving 5 hours every 2 weeks. Clockspot also is probably saving us money by keeping up with vacation time, as we are not giving away extra time.
